I thought the hotel was quite central, but in fact we had to take a taxi/tuk tuk every time we wanted to go to town, there is nothing to do around the hotel!

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is located just on the outskirts of the city, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. The staff were so friendly and understanding, from the doorman to the receptionist. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the great amenities this place had to offer, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre. The in-room facilities were excellent, with a mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Rua Rasada Hotel - The Ideal Venue For Meetings & Events. The staff were incredibly friendly, positive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were particularly impressed with the live music and singing groups that entertained us in the catering areas. The hotel area itself was one of the best we have ever experienced, making it one of our favorite overseas trips. Thank you so much to the hotel and its staff for such a wonderful experience!

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, great location near shopping mall, well-equipped facilities, clean rooms and bathrooms.

Hard to think of anything.

Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel had a nice bar where you could hang out at night. The breakfast had a great selection of Thai, southern, and international dishes. The hotel is perfect for seminar groups and travelers who require 5-star facilities.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was far from the city center. We had to take a tuk-tuk every time we wanted to go out, which was inconvenient.

During my recent Thanksgiving holiday, I stayed at a good class hotel in a small town. The hotel had a spacious room with modern decor and furnishings, and a large balcony. The breakfast spread had a variety of options, and the hotel had a nicely landscaped garden and pools with a pool bar. the hotel's location was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and a restaurant just outside with large screens and TVs showing soccer games.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The hotel's in-room dining options were limited, and the housekeeping team needed to have better attention to detail.

The hotel has a beautiful design, well-lit and aired rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are clean with a convenient shower area. Great breakfast with a lot of choices including Thai sticky rice desserts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can sit out and enjoy your meals and drinks with a live band at the Pier 88 Bar. The swimming pool is well-maintained, clean, and perfect temperature.

The elevator inspections were almost two years out of date.
